    What a fantastic fan this is. Since I often felt tower fans were too feeble when I saw them at other people’s houses, I have never acquired one. I’ve owned this fan for a few months and use it most nights. It is ideal on the first setting to keep the air flowing if the room becomes too stuffy, and it works excellent when my bedroom gets too warm in the evening. I’m going to buy extra for my other rooms.

We purchased this fan six months ago, and we’ve only encountered an issue with the base-to-fan connection. Carol (Hesung), the customer care representative, was quite helpful when we talked with her. Levels 1 and 2 are so quiet that you wouldn’t even know the fan was on, but level 4 may be a little loud. At the same time, I also bought another product from this firm. There was a problem with it lately, which I resolved with customer support. In less than half an hour, their customer support agent responded to me, was really kind and supportive, and extended an offer to repair the item at no cost. I will happily support Dreo and their product range only for this reason.

    Favorites: The company’s instructions and packaging gave me a sense of support and welcome. The fan is strong yet very silent. I purchased two fans, and both of them were very well built. Dislikes: After only two months of usage, one of the fans stopped receiving the remote signal. Other than that, the features are wonderful, and I enjoy the “touch screen”. When buttons are hit, the red light on it DOES come on, but the fan doesn’t work. I bought for a remote-controlled fan that became manually operated after two months, which is unfortunate since the remote seemed extremely high-quality. I don’t think the trouble of returning it is worth it. Thus far, the second Dreo fan is operating well.

Though it’s a fantastic fan overall, I wish it had a little greater blow. My room gets the most heat in the summer since I’m the farthest from my air conditioning unit. I’m thinking this will keep me cool enough that I won’t need to go to the market and get a larger fan.

    never returns to being a typical fan. This is the greatest thing ever. Not too loud, but just right to promote sleep. The ideal quantity of wind. There are other settings for less wind and noise, but I think level 3 is ideal for sleeping. I need a fan to fall asleep, but my old bladed fan was making so much noise and creaking that it was driving me crazy. I highly suggest this since it is far superior than anything else.

    Whoa, what amazing customer service. My fan was bought in August. About three days ago, my fan quit operating. After I cleaned it, the hourly button was the only one that continued to function. A day after it stopped functioning, I messaged them, and it took them two days to respond. Now, I’m getting a new fan. This fan is amazing; it’s quite silent, had a remote switch (which I misplaced), but it still has a touch screen, which I like, and a ton of various settings. Even though my fan stopped functioning, I’m still extremely delighted with my purchase since they responded quickly and are sending a new one.

    This fan is really amazing. I adore every aspect of it. It is silent even though it is blowing a really strong wind. Its range is astounding as well. When in the stationary mode, this fan covers the two of us in bed to an ideal degree, blowing out as much of a broad range as a box fan. I was concerned that it would just shoot straight and narrow like many tower fans. Usually, I have to reduce it to 2 since 3 is very strong and chilly. It may reach a maximum of 4. 1 provides a pleasant, mild wind. Definitely would buy from again. I hope it lasts me a long time since it’s great.
