For best performance, you need to replace the 15 watt light bulb when the lifespan of the bulb is depleted.
Before replacing the bulb, ensure that the bug zapper is fully unplugged.
1.Open the bottom tray.
2.unscrew the bottom cover with a screwdriver.
3.pull out the bulb outwards
4.insert a new bulb.
5.re-install the bottom cover with a screwdriver
6.re-install the bottom tray.

I received this on November 15. We opened it at night. After just three months, it will no longer work. I ordered a new light bulb, but the bulb said that it can last for 8,000 hours.
