The skull is very light, and may be turned over, blown away, or the dog may escape with it. Bad, bad design. My solution is to drill a 3/8 -inch hole on it, and then pits a landscape nail directly through the skull into the ground. I mean, he is dead, right? The manufacturer really needs to be designed in a nail or some way to easily push the skull into the ground, but the movement must be gently, and do not push it in.
