The Necessary Steps When use Optical/HDMI-ARC Connection

1.For Optical connection, Please remove the rubber protective cap on the optical cable, then connect the sound bar to the TV via the optical cable.

2.For Optical/HDMI-ARC connections, please change your TV audio output to optical/HDMI-ARC

3.Change the audio format setting to PCM.

4.*Does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on your TVs, Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video APPs. Otherwise there will be noise.

*The optical cable is included in the package, but the HDMI-ARC cable is not supplied.

*Soundbar can only connect to the active subwoofer.

*Provide remote control replacement for free.

However, when I placed my order, the listing just showed the sound bar, which disappointed me since the sub was half the reason I bought it.

Although the description didn’t include an HDMI port, the included optics wire was easy to hook up. This sound bar is a good buy for the price and size (>32″). I also like that it has Bluetooth, which allows me to stream music from my phone to YouTube.

    I’ve been using it for about a month, and it’s beautiful and has great sound. The buttons don’t work for me, but since the controller works, I’m okay with that. I keep the volume pretty low, and the sound is amazing. Overall, I would say that if you’re looking for something affordable and have good sound, this is a great option. You can connect via Bluetooth if you’d prefer, but I just wanted to hook it straight up. The cord is a little short, so you do want to have it near an outlet, but you can always buy an extender if that’s what you really wanted.

This one left me very dissatisfied. Although I am aware that this sound bar is inexpensive, it is not even close to the previous one I purchased. I ought to have stuck with the brand I was previously familiar with. This is not as good as the Bestisan 80W sound bars. If I crank it up, the room rumbles. Although the price difference isn’t that great, the performance is noticeably greater.

    The quality of the sound was about what one would expect for the price, but I had to admit that I returned it and bought the same one with the subwoofer, and the difference was well worth it. The installation and connection were simple, and I was able to use the firestick remote to control the volume. However, when I connected it directly to my monitor, the volume adjustment display appeared on the screen. All in all, it was a decent product, and I liked it enough to stick with it for the upgrade (which is the identical sound bar, but with a subwoofer)

    The soundbar functions fine, but when I plug it in, it doesn’t start working right away. I can try pressing the power button, M, +, or -, but nothing happens. When I unplug the soundbar from the wall, nothing happens. Finally, I unplug the cable from the sound bar and put it back, and now it works. It seems that this happens a few times before it starts working, which is a little annoying.

    Thanks for the three-foot block, but I’m throwing the smaller version in the garbage and will avoid this brand after it stopped connecting after two weeks for no apparent reason. I sent it back and chose to go with the larger size, believing it was an anomaly. Unfortunately, this time it lasted barely beyond the return deadline.
